Please use the online booking system to obtain the current tariff. We regret that reservation prices or availability cannot be guaranteed greater than 365 days from today's date. For dates after one year, please use the inquiry page, or call us.

About these Terms & Conditions

By using our service you agree to all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these Terms and Conditions then you should refrain from using the services.

 

Security

We operate a secure data network. The online booking process is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. This is to prevent anyone from intercepting your credit card details during transmission via the Internet. Your credit card details will never be sent in an email or transmitted by any means other than SSL.

Proof of Identity

You may be asked to provide proof of your Identity in order to check-in. This is in the interests of safety and security of our motel and guests.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation terms are not negotiable. We recommend that guests have travel insurance. Please note that 3rd party websites have different cancellation policies and any requests must be made directly with the agent you booked with.

Cancellations must be made 72 hours or 21 days for group with more than 10 people prior to arrival date. All bookings not cancelled by this time will have first night’s accommodation debited to credit card account or invoiced.
Note: Cancellation policy may be different from Long weekend and Event weekend bookings received within 7 days of the booked date of arrival are NON-REFUNDABLE. (Full charges will apply). For best rates and terms we recommend you book directly with us.

Credit Card Guarantees

Reservations require a valid credit card. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive or cancel the booked accommodation. Please refer to our cancellation policy above. For customers who do not have credit card, please use the inquiry pageThis e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , or phone us on 0800 33 24 68 (Domestic) or +64 4 384 9809 (International), so we can give you our bank account, and one night deposit can be made for the reservation.

Deposit Refund Policy

When processing refunds for any transactions originally processed through a credit card, we do not provide cash, cheque refunds or refund into another bank account. All refunds can only be processed on the same credit card the initial transaction was charged to. Transaction fees may apply.

Check-in/out

Check-in is available from 2.00pm to 9.00pm on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 10.00am on the day of departure, check-out after 10.00am may incur extra charge. Early check-in and/or late check-out are by arrangement only. As the office hour is 9.00am-9.00pm (weekdays) and 10.00am-8.00pm (weekends), check-in and check-out out of this time need to be arranged in advance.
For customers who do not have credit card, the full amount of accommodation and bond will be needed on arrival.

General

Visitors are permitted at the management's discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. No visitors are allowed in rooms after 9.00pm(All visitors must report to the office when after the time and may incur visitor charges.). Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.

Smoking

We operate a strictly non-smoking premise. If you do smoke in the premise, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.

Overdue Accounts

All accounts are payable on departure (if not already done so). Failure to pay the accounts payable may result in a late payment charge of 5% of the outstanding total being applied for every month that the amount is outstanding. If an invoice is outstanding for more than 28 days after the due date, then a debt collection agency may be used and the debtors shall be liable to pay all expense including, but not limited to, debt collection and legal fees in relation to obtaining the payment.

All visitors must report to the office on arrival and may incur visitor charges.
